Danielle McGriff is the Director of Human Capital at GEM. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the firm, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Danielle joined GEM in 2010. She received a B.A. in History and International Studies from Queens University of Charlotte and received an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She also holds several human resources certifications, including the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
