Virginia Adams is an Analyst on the Client Strategy team at GEM. In this role, she is responsible for producing client materials, responding effectively to client requests, and providing support to the firm’s business development efforts. Virginia joined GEM in 2023 after completing the firm’s Summer Analyst Program in 2022. She received a B.A. (magna cum laude) in both Economics and Hispanic Studies from Davidson College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
